For a customer in Limburg, I am searching for a "hands on" IT Project Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of IT projects related to technical infrastructure including network on a part-time 3 day per week basis.
Note these projects are low complexity and typically €50k - €100k in budget. The ideal profile is someone from a technical/engineering background who has transitioned to project management in recent years.
Responsibilities
· Manage third party access management; choose tools.
· Develop and maintain project plans covering all phases—from initiation to closure.
· Track project progress, performance, and quality against defined KPIs.
· Provide regular updates on milestones, risks, and issues to sponsors and stakeholders.
· Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, conflicts, and changes.
· Review contracts.
· Escalate critical issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
· Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and comply with internal policies and best practices.
Profile
· "Hands on" experience in IT Infrastructure including network projects.
· Proven track record managing both infrastructure and application projects across the full lifecycle.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Independent and proactive work style, with a collaborative attitude.
· Coaching mindset and commitment to team development.
