For a high-growth client in Mechelen, I am looking for 2 Freelance Functional Analysts to join on a Digital Transformation Program.
The successful candidate will
- Work with the PMO and the business process owner in translating their wishes into a business case
- Translate business specifications into clear functional requirements
- Detects potential pitfalls in the project and addresses them
- Works with the development teams to the sprints and helps as the focal point
- Helps the test coordination team by providing them with the relevant information and data
What will you need?
- Dutch speaking with good english (and ideally French)
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Ideally a background within HR or Professional Services or Staffing industry
- Hybrid working in Mechelen
