We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale digital workplace transformation focused on modernising document management and migrating legacy file shares to a cloud-based collaboration platform.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse existing document management practices and file Storage structures.
- Gather and document business requirements across multiple departments and functions.
- MAP and optimise business and document-related processes, covering both current and future states.
- Define information architecture, classification frameworks, governance standards, and document management policies.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for delivery teams.
- Support stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor migration quality and adoption metrics.
What do you need?
- Proven Business Analyst experience within digital transformation, document migration, information management, or similar programmes.
- Experience within SharePoint Migration and Document Management
- Experience working with large volumes of documentation across multiple business functions.
- Experience within industrial, regulated, or complex corporate environments is highly desirable.
Key skills
- Business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Information governance, document management, and data classification.
- Information architecture and content structuring.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, including metadata, permissions, governance, and document management capabilities.
