My client is operating in the pharmaceutical sector. We are actively looking for a Junior Helpdesk to provide technical assistance on computer systems. You will work on technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
- You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
- You will perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- You will determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
- You will provide accurate information on IT products or services and also you will do follow-up and update customer status and information.
- You will identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
- You have obtained a bachelor in ICT ?
- You have knowledge of Windows, VMware, Microsoft Server, Active Directory...etc
- You have a first experience in a similar position
- You can express yourself in French and Dutch
