Position Overview
Talencia is currently looking for a Governance Risk and Compliance Officer for one of their important clients, leader on the market. You will join a highly skilled and innovative team where collaboration, expertise, and growth are part of the culture.
Your role:
- Support clients in setting up and improving their security policies and processes.
- Help organizations assess their current security level and identify areas for improvement.
- Guide clients in developing and strengthening their information security programs.
- Carry out risk assessments and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Deliver tailored security services adapted to each client's needs.
- Advise and support key stakeholders such as CISOs, Risk Officers, and DPOs.
- Conduct security audits and provide guidance to internal audit teams.
What you bring:
- You are fluent in Dutch and French, and you have a good command of English.
- You have up to 2 years of experience in cybersecurity and are eager to grow your expertise.
- You understand key frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- You may already hold certifications like CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, which will be considered a plus.

- You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with excellent communication skills.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively.
- You enjoy working independently as well as collaborating within a team.
- You are motivated, curious, and ready to learn in a challenging cybersecurity environment.
What's in it for you?
- Salary: €57,000 - €60,000 gross annually
