Job description

  • Provide support to our customers on certain in-house applications for which training and education are provided.
  • This includes sales programs, a CRM package (stock management, purchase / sales, ...), and some smaller programs. (DMS system, elsapro, nadin, olivia, notion of venice).
  • Employment in a team of +/- 5 persons, each of whom has developed his own specialty in the meantime. 
  • Some affinity / passion for the automotive sector can be an additional motivation.

 

Required Skills

  • Fluent in Dutch and French
  • Good communication skills, towards customers and for escalations internally
  • Previous experience in call center / support is a plus (soft skills etc)
  • Some notion of accounting is welcome, extra knowledge and experience is an advantage
  • Flexibility
