Our client is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Workplace Support Technician to become part of their dynamic Helpdesk and Workplace Solutions team, based in the heart of Brussels. Key skills and responsibilities
- User Support: Deliver 1st and 2nd line support via telephone, mail, or in person to provide SWIFT and effective assistance.
- Service Coordination: Actively filter, handle, coordinate, and follow up on IT service requests.
- Device Configuration: Provide user assistance for workstations, tablets, and smartphones, including setup and configuration.
- Incident Resolution: Identify, track, and resolve Hardware and software issues affecting end-users.
- Communication: Demonstrate outstanding communication and active listening skills to effectively address user needs.
- Project Involvement: Actively contribute to workplace-related innovation and improvement projects.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure technical assistance and timely service delivery.
- Stress Management: Perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

- Languages Required: Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory
- Contract Type: Full-time with renewal options (1-year firm + 2 optional years)
