As the Infrastructure Services Delivery Lead, you will oversee the operational excellence of the IT Infrastructure team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will lead a team of System Engineers, drive process efficiency, and act as a key liaison between technical teams and senior management.
Mission:
1. Team & Operational Leadership:
· Lead and mentor a team of System Engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
· Manage daily workflows, ensuring task prioritization aligns with business needs.
· Act as a people manager, providing guidance and resolving conflicts when necessary.
· Enforce adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
2. Service & Vendor Management:
· Monitor service performance, ensuring client satisfaction and contractual compliance.
· Collaborate with external vendors to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.
· Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and methodologies.
3. Performance & Reporting:
· Track team productivity, budget adherence, and project timelines.
· Generate performance reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
· Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Report directly to the Head of Technology
· Coordinate cross-functional activities with Operations, Technology, and external partners.
· Represent the Infrastructure team in critical meetings (daily stand-ups, incident reviews, etc.).
Profile:
- 5+ years in a similar managerial role within IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with data center operations, cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
