Business Analyst - wero implementation (cards project)

Responsibilities
- Create and document detailed User Stories for Wero implementation, covering both onboarding and peer-to-peer flows
- Conduct functional testing of user stories and ensure quality delivery within Agile sprints
- Coordinate and align workstreams between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless project execution
- Handle incident management by investigating bugs, identifying root causes, and liaising with third-party vendors for resolution
- Contribute to the improvement of processes, documentation, and solution design in collaboration with the project team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or payment systems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to write precise and actionable user stories
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration
- Solution-oriented and proactive in resolving issues and improving workflows
- Stress-resistant, able to perform in dynamic and fast-paced environments
