Key responsibilities
- 🛠 develop and implement change strategies: Design and execute comprehensive change management plans that align with cloud migration objectives
- 🤝 stakeholder engagement: Identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders to build alignment and ensure smooth adoption of change
- 📣 communication planning and execution: Create and deliver targeted communication strategies including updates, newsletters, and presentations
- 🎓 training and development: Design and implement training programs that support staff in adopting new technologies and processes
- 🧠 resistance management: Proactively identify and address resistance to change; develop mitigation strategies that foster acceptance
- 📊 monitoring and reporting: Track effectiveness of change initiatives and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 💼 experience: Minimum of 5 years in change management, organizational development, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful change initiatives
- 📜 certifications: Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable
- ☁️ IT affinity: Demonstrated interest in or experience working in an IT or cloud environment
