Position overview:
- This function requests contact with the client, preparation of client contracts, and responsibility for the own client portfolio.
- As this function requires the use of the 3 languages, we need trilingual colleagues (FR, NL, EN).
- Client is an international product sold in more than 40 countries with a lot of specificities.
- Therefore, we need colleagues that can easily learn the specific features of a particular country and become autonomous in two months.
What you'll do
- Technical writing skills and experience with process modelling techniques and methods
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Experience with process modelling tools (Visio, ARIS) and the creation of flow charts
- Good understanding of workflow processes
