Your role
As a Scrum Master, you'll be the engine of agility — guiding your team to deliver high-quality software efficiently and collaboratively.
You will:
- Champion Scrum values and promote an agile mindset
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments
- Coach the Product Owner on backlog priorities and flow
- Track team capacity, velocity, and progress
- Foster focus, transparency, and continuous improvement
Your profile
- Strong understanding of Scrum & Agile methodologies (SAFe is a plus)
- Fluent in English, French, or Dutch
- Positive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Skilled in facilitation, coaching & conflict resolution
- Unafraid to challenge, adapt, and inspire change
- A technical background is a plus
