We're looking for an experienced Software Solution Specialist / IT Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value IT initiatives within a dynamic, international environment.
As a key technical expert, you will drive the implementation, integration, and optimization of software solutions across corporate business domains.
Your role includes
- Fit-gap analyses to assess configuration vs. custom development
- Translating user stories → functional & technical requirements
- Leading software integration across systems & platforms
- Coordinating with vendors, architects, and development teams
- Contributing to solution architecture & product roadmap
- Ensuring compliance with IT security & technology standards
- Supporting testing for domain-specific features when needed
What you bring
- Education & languages:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Applied IT (electricity specialization = strong plus)
- Fluent French or Dutch, with excellent English
- Experience:
- Several years as an IT Project Manager (RFI/RFP processes, product selection, implementation oversight)
- Strong experience with standard market software products
- Ability to collaborate with architects & developers
- Proven expertise with Prince2, Agile methodologies
- Skilled in writing functional designs and specifications
- Your strengths:
- Analytical mindset & strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication—technical, conceptual, and management-level
- Customer-oriented, autonomous, able to work in international & remote teams
- Willingness to travel abroad a few days per month
- Curiosity for the latest IT advancements
- Nice to have: Experience in the energy, electricity, or asset management sectors
