Description
As a Freelance Microsoft MDM Engineer your key responsibilities will be
- Design of new infrastructures
- Defining migration paths
- Assisting the operational teams during troubleshooting and problem solving
In order to do that you need to be able to
- Understand customer requirements from a technical and business perspective
- Work with our clients to define projects designs and provide recommendations
- Write implementation steps which will be used by the operation team
- Participate in solving technical issues in collaboration with the support team
- Maintain and update customer documentation
- Must have understanding of the ITIL principals
Candidate's Profile
The Freelance Microsoft MDM Engineer must have experience with IAM and cloud migrations. Most of the projects involve a combination of some or all the following Microsoft technologies
- O365 services & features, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, etc
- MDM, InTune, Autopilot, Security
- Active Directory
- Azure, Azure AD, Conditional Access
- PowerShell, Pnp, Graph API
A range of technical skills are required for this position of Freelance Microsoft MDM Engineer
- Knowledge of Microsoft Security features
- Knowledge of routing and switching principles (minimum CCNA equivalent level)
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of integrations with HTTPS service, SSL, SAML, REST API
- Strong analytical thinking and knowledge of procedures
- Experience in Office365 & Workplace implementations and/or migrations
- Experience in Azure, Azure AD, MDM, InTune, Multi-Factor Authentication
- Excellent Knowledge in IAM projects. Rights Management, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management
