We're looking for a Business Process Analyst for a freelance contract in Brussels' center.
You will define, analyse and improve customer journey process within the company.
Duration: 6 months (with possible extensions)
Start: 1st of January 2021
- Support customer target in various projects
- Support the client committee by contributing to its preparation and carrying out a whole series of small analyzes.
- Review the current customer journey and identify optimizations to improve it.
- Continue the effort made to optimize and harmonize the use of CRM between the various services
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the field of process management / optimization and / or in the management of operational improvements
- You are familiar with the concepts of Lean, Operational excellence, Change management, KPI and Balanced Scorecard
- A working knowledge of UML or BPMN
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce (Service Cloud module) is a plus
- Experience in CRM projects is a plus
- You have a perfect command of French or Dutch. You also have a good level in English
- Key skills: good analytical and synthesis skills rigor in the processing of encrypted data good customer spirit (internal) critical mind results orientation and involvement in change management processes listening skills assertiveness and autonomy.
