Mission Offer - .NET Developer (Junior/Medior)
Location: Leuven region (5-10 km) - 3 days/week on-site
Duration: Until end of 2026 (renewable)
Ideal start date: Within 1 month after signature
Languages: Dutch (spoken) + English
Status: External consultant / freelance
Context & Objective of the Mission
The client is looking for a junior to medior .NET developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to strengthen a small team of 6 developers.
The main objective of the mission is to work on several technical projects related to security, system refactoring, digital channels (e-invoicing, Peppol integration), and the implementation of new features within the system (fee adjustments, backups, etc.).
Due to recent departures (illness, retirement), the client aims to stabilize the team with a long-term external profile (minimum 2-3 years). There is no critical urgency, but a desire to start as soon as possible.
Technical Environment
- Backend: .NET Core (mainly), MS SQL Server, Entity Framework
- Frontend: Blazor (approximately 25% of the work)
- Development: Mix of new development (from scratch) and maintenance/support
- Methodology: Team-based work, with expected autonomy and proactivity
Profile Sought
- 2 to 5 years of experience
- Young, motivated, curious, with strong learning ability
- Able to integrate into a small, dynamic team
- Dutch-speaking (mandatory) and English
- Available 2 to 3 days per week on-site in Leuvenclose the client's identity, as it is a small organization (risk of direct competition)
