We're Hiring: UX/UI Designer (AI & Conversational Experiences)

Hybrid or remote options can be considered.
What you'll do
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and user experience assessments
- Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems
- Ensure products meet accessibility standards and inclusive design principles (WCAG)
- Collaborate closely with developers, content designers, product owners, and AI specialists
- Use testing, analytics, and user feedback to continuously improve the experience
What we're looking for
- Strong expertise in UX Design and UI Design
- Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies
- Solid understanding of Accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Proficiency in Wireframing and Prototyping
- Experience conducting and interpreting User Research
- Strong skills in Figma (or similar design tools)
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating user-centered experiences
- Knowledge of French or Dutch, and English
