Senior QA manager - the job
- Own and shape the QA vision, strategy, and processes across the application portfolio
- Coach the software teams on QA best practices and effort estimation
- Partner with tech QA architects to support developers on all things quality
- Lead quality in major new projects.
- Drive the QA transformation roadmap as project lead - align, report, deliver
- Coordinate QA efforts across different Teams and countries!
Senior QA manager - your profile
- 5+ years as a Quality Assurance Manager in complex software environments
- Deep knowledge of manual + automated testing in a .NET environment
- Experience leading QA in Agile setups, including coaching and stakeholder management
- Strong in test planning, project management, and budget management
- Fluent in French OR Dutch, with solid English (spoken and written)
- Curious, innovative and quick to understand complex business models
