Orcan Intelligence - Incident Manager

Locations: Luxembourg

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extension Potential)

Start Date: Mid-April to Early-May

One day per week of remote work

Seeking an experienced Incident Manager. Key role: leading and coordinating critical incident response, minimizing service disruption, driving continuous improvement of incident management processes.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Incident lifecycle management.
  • Incident response coordination.
  • Process optimization (ITIL).
  • Root cause analysis (Pirs).

 

Required skills

  • Incident Manager experience.
  • ITIL knowledge.
  • Strong communication/problem-solving.
  • Incident tool experience (ServiceNow, Omni Tracker).
  • Fluency in English, French is an asset
