Seeking an experienced Incident Manager. Key role: leading and coordinating critical incident response, minimizing service disruption, driving continuous improvement of incident management processes.
Responsibilities
- Incident lifecycle management.
- Incident response coordination.
- Process optimization (ITIL).
- Root cause analysis (Pirs).
Required skills
- Incident Manager experience.
- ITIL knowledge.
- Strong communication/problem-solving.
- Incident tool experience (ServiceNow, Omni Tracker).
- Fluency in English, French is an asset
