One of our clients in the energy sector is looking for a program manager officer (PMO) to work in close collaboration with the program and project managers.
Responsibilities include
- Planning, preparing & following-up on internal and external stakeholder's meetings.
- Preparing meetings and/or communication materials
- Reporting and follow-up on progress, advancements, issues,..
- Following up and/or coordinating specific streams or deliverables.
- Supporting planning and budgeting exercises.
- Facilitating coordination (topics, teams,...) to achieve shared goals
- Document management within the program, internally and externally
- Contributing to continuous improvement to the program management.
About you
- Master's degree in Economics/Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years in PMO support
- Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking and writing)
- Well organized
- Punctual, attention for details
- Assertive with strong diplomatic skills
- Autonomous and proactive
- Prioritizing & Respecting deadlines:
- Collaborative mindset, effective in a (project) team environment.

Location is Brussels => 2x/week on site
