Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the DIOR program in the business domain Transport
Executions. The program delivers mobile applications, a cloud backend in Azure, web interfaces, and
integration with legacy systems.
The role requires not only strategic leadership but also strong experience in governance, portfolio
management, and C-level stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities.
- Lead and oversee programs covering mobile apps, Azure cloud backends, web interfaces, and
legacy integrations.
- Translate executive leadership ambitions into actionable roadmaps, aligning initiatives with DIOR's
goals.
- Manage project portfolios, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are respected.
- Facilitate effective collaboration with Scrum Masters, Solution Designers, Analysts, and Product
Owners.
- Act as the bridge between strategic decision-making and operational delivery, ensuring strong
governance.
- Prepare and support C-level steering committees with strategic notes, speaking points, and decision
frameworks.
- Foster an agile culture while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Requirements.
Conformity Criteria
You comply with the following conformities:
- Work onsite min 2 days/week, determined by customer
- You possess professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
- You hold a Civil or business engineer degree
- You have 10+ years of experience in program/project/portfolio management.
- You have proven experience in C-level communication (preparing and presenting content for
executive boards and supervisory committees).
- You have 5+ years of experience leading a Project Portfolio Management Office (PMO) (>30 projects,
>20 PMs, and budgets >€30M).
- You have experience aligning international subsidiaries or affiliates with group-level strategies.
- You have proven expertise in strategic roadmap creation and implementation.
- You are Lean Six Sigma certified (Black Belt or equivalent).
- You can provide at least one reference of an (ex-) CIO of a multinational, BEL-20 company, or
Director General of a Federal or Regional department.
