Context
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a new strategic customer loyalty initiative within the retail sector, including the development of a web platform and a mobile application.
The role is strongly business- and marketing-oriented, with a focus on customer engagement, omnichannel experience, and value creation.
Mission
Manage digital projects related to customer loyalty and retail marketing
Drive projects end-to-end: ideation, planning, execution, go-live, and follow-up
Ensure delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality
Coordinate marketing, business, IT, and external partners
Manage risks, changes, and dependencies
Lead testing phases and user acceptance with business teams
Ensure alignment with PMO standards and governance
Customer & Marketing Focus
Translate retail marketing and loyalty strategies into digital solutions
Work on customer journeys, omnichannel engagement, and mobile usage
Actively propose improvements to enhance customer experience and retention
Profile
5+ years of experience in digital or IT project management
Strong experience in retail digital projects (web and mobile)
Background in customer loyalty, CRM, or marketing platforms
Familiar with Agile methodologies and modern digital ecosystems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, customer-centric, and results-oriented mindset
