We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the structuring, governance, and delivery of multiple initiatives within a Finance and Data environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys driving projects from concept to delivery while ensuring continuous improvement.
🎯 Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, and budget
- Manage and prioritize the project backlog in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, translating needs into structured requirements
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, including preparation, coordination, and validation
- Ensure high-quality delivery through structured testing and validation processes
- Maintain and structure project documentation (requirements, reports, deliverables) using collaborative tools
- Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement, including automation initiatives
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative team environment
🧠 Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Finance and/or Data environments
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on delivery and results
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
