Application Technical Lead
Job Overview:
Lead a specialized application team by overseeing technical solutions, guiding development efforts, and maintaining software in alignment with business goals."
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team to foster technical excellence.
- Oversee and ensure technical integrity of software systems, including system design and adherence to architectural standards.
- Participate in hands-on development tasks, including coding, feature implementation, and performance optimization.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation for software releases and manage configuration change requests with infrastructure teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality assurance and security practices to maintain high standards.
- Assess, integrate, and troubleshoot technologies to enhance system capabilities and support operational stability.
