Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager
Lead and coordinate between business and IT teams to define, document, and deliver solutions across multiple initiatives while adhering to governance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align objectives and priorities
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements ensuring clarity and completeness
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and support solution design
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communications
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and governance processes
