Key responsibilities
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Drive Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure continuous delivery of product increments
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, feasibility, and impact
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
- Conduct business analysis to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Identify potential blockers and propose solutions to mitigate risks
- Oversee testing, user acceptance, and implementation of new features or products
- Provide training and documentation to ensure successful adoption by end-users
- Foster collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI designers, software engineers, and business analysts
- Report regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and outcomes
Key requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Ownership, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent project management tools
- Excellent ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and change management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English + French or Dutch
- Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus
