SAP Project Manager
Job Overview:
Lead strategic IT initiatives of high technical and organizational complexity within the ERP team, driving digital transformation across multiple departments and stakeholders while ensuring governance, budget control, risk management, and continuous improvement."
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic scoping, roadmap definition, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives for complex IT programs and projects.
- Establish and manage governance structures, steering committees, dependency management, and communication with business leaders.
- Oversee technical architectures, integrations, data flows, and SAP-related constraints within project scope.
- Build, monitor, and optimize multi-project budgets to ensure financial control and resource allocation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including internal staff, external partners, SAP integrators, and technical experts.
- Implement risk and quality management processes, define mitigation plans, arbitrate decisions, and ensure deliverable quality.
- Drive change management activities including adoption strategies, communication plans, training programs, and user support.
- Promote continuous improvement and process standardization by implementing methodologies and capturing best practices.
- Coordinate studies, RFIs, or RFPs when required to support solution selection and procurement.
- Maintain and update project documentation following PMLC and ensure reference documentation aligns with SDLC methodology.

Qualifications
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile)
- Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience
- Experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in governance and steering committee activities
- Experience in project budgeting and financial monitoring
- Experience in risk management and quality assurance
- Experience deploying HRIS, finance, or logistics systems
- Experience in energy or public sector environments
- Experience managing or participating in RFI/RFP processes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, engineering, or management
