With deep knowledge of FlexHub, ancillary services, and MIG6/MIG Flex processes, they've played a key role in strategic initiatives like FlexHub 2.0 and the industrialisation of new flexibility market processes. They excel at translating complex market needs into clear business and functional designs.
Strong Stakeholder Engagement
Experienced in facilitating workshops, guiding T/DSOs and flexibility suppliers, and coordinating integration efforts in federal market contexts.
Certified in Scrum Product Owner, ITIL Foundation, and PRINCE2 Foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and optimisation of MIG Flex processes and documentation
- Translating flexibility market requirements into actionable business and functional designs
- Leading workshops with T/DSOs, flexibility suppliers, and regulators to validate solutions
- Assisting with testing, change documentation, and quality assurance
- Ensuring alignment with related market domains such as Structure, Measure, and Settle
