Senior Change Manager - Data Transformation
For our customer based in Brussels, we are looking for a Senior Change Manager - Data Transformation
The role is defined on the level of the Data Transformation, consisting of several programs (data Governance, Data Foundations, BI organization).
As part of this role you will
- Define a common Data Transformation story (generic + specific per stakeholder) and support its communication
- Define and execute a common change management approach and agenda - supervise change management initiatives within Key Initiatives (connecting the dots)
- Drive Customer service management - manage customer satisfaction - prepare service meetings per main common stakeholder group
- Data transformation will impact the way of working for different profiles of data workers (e.g.: consumers, BI power users, data engineers).
- Consequently, you will assess and drive the change in all different programs for these people.
More detailed activities
- Define the common story (USP) of Data Transformation
- Define common and specific stakeholders for Data Transformation
- Translate common story in a unified value creation track (generic and specific by stakeholder group)
- Translate planned deliveries in business value
- Translate the technical delivery roadmap into a value roadmap
- Stakeholder management:
- Manage expectations of different stakeholders
- Define generic and specific communication tracks
- Escalation point for stakeholders in case of unmet expectations
- Measure customer satisfaction
- External ambassador of Data Transformation
- Change Management:
- Close collaboration with the change managers of the different programs in the Data Transformation
- Bringing the different change plans in line with the above story
- Define training needs and data literacy approach
- Onboarding of operational teams and management
- Assess impact of new demand and projects on the change for data workers
- Solid background in change management and communication (different communication channels)
- Telecommunications expertise
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: EN, FR/NL (notions of the other), on executive level as well
- Affinity with data and analytics
