Are you passionate about regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and enterprise architecture? We're looking for a SOL / DORA Architectural Coordinator to play a key role in shaping how regulatory requirements are embedded into modern, resilient technology architectures.
🔍 About the Role
As the Architectural Coordinator, you will act as the technical authority translating SOL and DORA regulations into clear, actionable architectural standards. You'll ensure systems, processes, and data meet strict expectations around ICT risk management, cybersecurity, resilience, and regulatory oversight.
You'll collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, Technology, and Product teams, connecting ongoing initiatives and identifying architectural impacts across the organization.
What You'll Do
- 🏗️ Translate SOL/DORA regulatory requirements into architectural principles, standards, and blueprints
- 🔎 Assess and surface architectural impacts related to resilience, incident reporting, ICT and third-party risk
- 📐 Embed compliance-by-design into architecture governance and decision-making
- 🔁 Define architectures supporting business continuity, incident management, recovery, and resilience testing
- 🤝 Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on regulatory and architectural implications
- 🧾 Produce high-quality architecture documentation, regulatory mappings, and evidence
- 🛠️ Support tooling and workflows for evidence capture (e.g. LeanIX, ServiceNow)
What You Bring
- 🎓 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 🕒 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Risk
- 📘 Strong knowledge of DORA, operational resilience, ICT risk, and cybersecurity architecture
- 🧩 Ability to interpret regulatory texts and translate them into technical requirements
- 🗣️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated or critical service environments
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks
- Hands-on experience with LeanIX, ServiceNow, or similar tools
- Background in business continuity, crisis management, or risk assurance
