Mission & context
- Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-level applications to support business needs, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Ensure application stability and continuous improvement by handling incidents, debugging issues, and optimizing existing systems
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in team ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous integration/delivery processes
