Context
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a new strategic customer loyalty initiative within the retail sector, including the development of a web platform and a mobile application.
The role is strongly business- and marketing-oriented, with a focus on customer engagement, Omnichannel experience, and value creation.
Mission
- Manage digital projects related to customer loyalty and retail marketing
- Drive projects end-to-end: ideation, planning, execution, go-live, and follow-up
- Ensure delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality
- Coordinate marketing, business, IT, and external partners
- Manage risks, changes, and dependencies
- Lead testing phases and user acceptance with business teams
- Ensure alignment with PMO standards and governance
- Customer & Marketing Focus
- Translate retail marketing and loyalty strategies into digital solutions
- Work on customer journeys, Omnichannel engagement, and mobile usage
- Actively propose improvements to enhance customer experience and retention
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in digital or IT project management
- Strong experience in retail digital projects (web and mobile)
- Background in customer loyalty, CRM, or marketing platforms
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and modern digital ecosystems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, customer-centric, and results-oriented mindset
