Job description
Together with the other colleagues, ensure the Helpdesk is run smoothly: telephone reception, support for local or remote users, Hardware and software problems, guidance on the use of computer platforms, development of the ticketing system, GPO, Antivirus, DNS, data backups, software deployment, etc.
To be the point of contact vis-à-vis the Staff for all IT issues.
Profile
If you only have a bachelor's degree in ICT, my clients is interested.
Minimum 1-2-year(s) experience in similar situation.
You speak French & Dutch with english
Ability to learn new ideas and concepts and respond flexibly to challenges.
