Your role
As Product Manager, you will:
- Become a subject-matter expert on the company's IT & Cloud portfolio and service strategy
- Gather and centralize requirements around ICT management, asset tracking, and vulnerability management solutions
- Translate needs into a clear product roadmap and delivery milestones
- Prioritize and manage feature backlogs in collaboration with technical and operational stakeholders
- Establish project governance and ensure smooth coordination across departments
- Organize testing and dry runs before deployment to guarantee service reliability
- Create clear documentation for both internal teams and clients
- Monitor risks and proactively define mitigation strategies
- Provide regular updates on integration progress and performance
Your profile
Background & skills
- Master's degree or equivalent through experience
- Strong track record in product/project management
- Solid understanding of ICT infrastructures technologies and ideally cloud platforms
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
