Job Title: Technical Architect - MS Dynamics Optimization

 

Location: Brussels (2 days/week onsite)

Contract Type: Freelance - 6 months

 

About the Role:

Our client in the logistics sector is seeking a hands-on Technical Architect to optimize their Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, primarily across Sales, Marketing, and Contact Center modules. The role involves addressing performance issues, leading architectural improvements, and guiding development teams through best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement architectural solutions to optimize MS Dynamics 365, including Dynamics Voice integration.
  • Lead and coach development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and enhance system functionality.
  • Oversee migration of multiple contact centers from Siebel to Dynamics, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Drive automation of testing processes to reduce regression risks and improve efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize customizations within Dynamics to align with business needs.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Hands on Technical Architect with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Contact Center modules).
  • Expertise in Dynamics Voice and related integrations.
  • Strong background in performance optimization and troubleshooting within Dynamics environments.
  • Experience with Siebel-to-Dynamics migration projects.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and coach development teams.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Brussels (onsite 2 days/week)
