Description and tasks
- Analyze business processes and needs through workshops, interviews, and data analysis
- Translate business requirements into user stories
- Support the development of business cases, perform impact analyses and contribute to a clear roadmap
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement solutions
- Monitor the progress and success of implemented changes
- Act as a bridge between business and the transformation office (TO) department
Profile and experience
Profile
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, computer science, eco-nomics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- A proactive attitude and a talent for collaboration
- Knowledge of insurance processes
Required experience
- 3-5 years relevant experience in insurance business analysis and process optimization
- At least 5 years experience in the insurance industry
- Experience with process modeling, business feature mapping and user story writing
- Experience in stakeholder management using stakeholder analysis tools & techniques
Languages
- Dutch:Very good knowledge, both speaking and writing
- English: Very good knowledge, both speaking and writing
