We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be central to the analysis and optimization of our health insurance funds' public websites and related applications.

Primary tasks and responsibilities
- Analyse and understand the business needs of the various websites and related applications for our clients
- Prepare detailed functional analyses and propose customized solutions
- Define and document the functional specifications of the technical and business teams
- Identify optimization opportunities and ensure the coherence of cross-functional implementations
- Guide the development teams and test the implemented solutions
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to align the solutions with the strategic objectives
- Ensure technological and methodological monitoring to propose continuous improvements
Technical profile requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Expert knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Expertise in Business Analysis (UML/BPMN)
- Experience with functional analysis for websites (FE, Be, data layer, SEO, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of IT architecture (Web services, Web applications, MicroServices architecture)
- Experience with software testing (Aio test, JMeter)
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Knowledge of CMS systems is required, knowledge of Magnolia specifically is a plus
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar
- Agile mindset

Location: min. 2 days/week onsite presence in Anderlecht is mandatory
