Description
- We are looking for an Functional Analyst to join our broker front team.
- You will work on front related topics within our transformation roadmap.
- You will assist to develop the solution definition in order to arrive at a high-quality E2E IT solution to be able to create an excellent user experience for brokers and partners.
- You should have relevant experience as a Functional Analyst within insurance context and hold a strong focus on user experience (UX), translating user needs into intuitive and effective solutions.
Tasks
- You are responsible for the analysis & documentation within the product team of broker front.
- You start from business analysis, architectural vision and imposed standards to define the correct functional and non-functional requirements.
- You will participate in workshops with important stakeholders for the collection of requirements.
- You model the agreed processes and describe the needs in a way that is understandable and unambiguous for both business, technical analysts, design team and offshore Back-Office team by, among other things, using use cases and structured documentation.
- You ensure the necessary coordination with knowledge transfer between all parties involved, both within business and IT.
- You and your colleagues ensure that the design guidelines are followed and kept up to date.
- You participate in projects to contribute to the delivery of high-quality IT solutions within the set scope, time and budget.
- You can easily collaborate with external parties, both onsite and offshore.

Experience
- Experience with functional analysis in larger insurance organizations, preferably non-life
- Experience with analysis and modeling techniques such as BPMN and UML techniques, including use cases, is a plus
- Medior to senior (5+ years of relevant experience)
- Willing to learn designer tools (Enterprise Architect, Adonis...) and make them your own
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure certification (f.e. AZ900 - Azure Fundamentals)
