About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Information Security to lead the design, implementation, and governance of the organization's information security strategy during a major business transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise information security strategy and roadmap.
- Establish security governance, policies, standards, and risk Management Frameworks.
- Lead security architecture and controls for a new Microsoft Azure environment.
- Drive Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust initiatives.
- Provide security oversight for migration, transformation, and separation activities.
- Oversee security operations, incident response, monitoring, and threat management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and corporate security requirements.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to embed security-by-design principles across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise information security programs.
- Strong expertise in Azure Security, Cloud Security, IAM, and Zero Trust Architecture.
- Experience supporting carve-outs, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or tenant separation programs.
- Strong background in security governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Experience with SOC operations, incident response, and cyber security monitoring.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior executives, boards, and external stakeholders.
