Context of the mission/objective(s) of the job
- Migration project to a new Warehouse Management solution
- Small team, part of the digital group, collaborating with manufacturing, supply chain, and local key users. - Frequent interactions with global stakeholders and business representatives in Belgium and Japan. Responsibilities
- Participate in project meetings (flows, migration progress)
- Test new processes and flows
- Provide incident management and user support
- Manage user roles and resolve business issues
- Train users and update documentation
- Handle unexpected challenges, ensuring flexibility and adaptability
Profile / experience
- Experience: 3-8 years (medior preferred); senior profiles also considered
- Industry: 5-10 years in the pharmaceutical sector is ideal
Must-have skills
- Solid experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM)
- Proven end-to-end project implementation experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English fluency (spoken & written)
- Project & change management experience
- Ability to train users and update documentation
- Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to adapt quickly to complex environments
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry
- International/global project experience
- Ability to propose creative solutions and defend process standardization
