This role in the PMO organization is supporting the PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tool and processes in Patient Supply and QA with as main purpose to build & maintain visibility on the Patient Supply & QA projects and programs, their activities, major deliverables, timings, resources and budget on the mid- and long-term. The role will need strong relationships with Integrate IT & R&D teams, as well as with Finance and HR.
Responsibilities
Provide support to the user community
- Handle and resolve incoming incidents and workorders
- Provide and manage user access
- Ensure user support documentation is available and up-to-date
- Act as Business System Owner for the Patient Supply Community Maintain the PPM tool set
- Gather, propose and describe business requirements for identified improvements
- Write & review user requirements
- Align on the development priorities with the IT & R&D partners
- Perform system testing on developed changes
- Provide and manage user access - Participate to the development of new user-oriented functionalities and solutions
- Participate as team member in Business projects having an impact on Integrate PPM Tool
- Support any support and training related initiatives, like (non-exhaustive list) AI-based user support bot
- Support-related KPIs & insights
- Knowledge base and training documentation

Experience
- Min 2 years of professional experience
- Experience in managing data and working with databases
- Experience or education/certification in project management is a major asset
- Experience as a trainer is an asset
- Analytical & Critical mindset
- Data driven
- Excellent written and spoken English and French
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, including remotely
