Position overview:
Support the Transformation Department in organizational thinking, change implementation, and structuring transformation initiatives through business analysis, facilitation, and agile support missions.
What you'll do
- Business analysis (BA):
- Gather, structure, and analyze stakeholder needs.
- MAP business and organizational processes.
- Identify pain points, areas for improvement, and change impacts.
- Write user stories, use cases, or decision-support materials.
- Facilitation and workshop support:
- Co-facilitate or prepare workshops (ideation, vision, process analysis, prioritization, etc.).
- Produce meeting minutes and summaries of collaborative sessions.
- Use visual tools (e.g., Miro, Klaxoon) to aid understanding.
- Agile transformation support:
- Collaborate with an agile coach to test or implement new team or organizational practices.
- Participate in structuring agile teams, roles, and rituals.
- Contribute to the setup of KPIs or continuous improvement dashboards.
- Communication and change management:
- Help formalize communication elements related to the transformation.
- Work on change-related materials (e.g., infographics, practical guides, FAQs).
What you bring
- Understanding of Agile fundamentals:
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
- Familiarity with Team Topologies.
- Organizational analysis skills:
- Structured and analytical mindset.
- Ability to MAP processes, roles, or organizational structures.
