As Business Analyst, you will guide the change on the chatbot roadmap within the digital channels environment. You will be responsible for managing the projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that this is seamlessly integrated into the existing digital channels and provides a world-class customer experience.
Your responsibilities as Business Analyst will be to
Gather, challenge and consolidate the pain points and needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders and gain extensive expertise on the subject at hand
Work in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them with defining the product concept, detailed processes and/or conceptual and functional architecture
Involve external and/or internal end-users to identify, confirm and validate the needs and pain points, this in collaboration with the UX researcher and in support of the (Cluster) Product Owner
Applying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept throughout and supports the (Cluster) Product Owner with backlog prioritization and refinement
Proven experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders , vendors, and technical teams, in a financial institutions environment
Proven experience with chatbot/AI implementation from a functional point of view
