About the Role
You'll be part of the Cyber Information Security division, within the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) program, responsible for ensuring that users have the right access to the right resources at the right time. You will help deliver new systems and evolve existing IAM solutions to meet rigorous compliance and security requirements.
Responsibilities

Support project leads in defining the scope and objectives within Identity and Access Management initiatives.

Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements, translating them into structured work products.

Define acceptance criteria and contribute to test plans to validate business needs.

Model business processes using BPMN tools and contribute to the design and migration strategies of IAM systems.

Conduct data analysis, migration, and cleansing activities related to access management.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design secure, efficient access control solutions.

Assess business change impacts and support adoption of new IAM capabilities.

Ensure operational readiness, documentation, and training materials are up to date.

Contribute to continuous improvement in IAM governance, compliance, and automation.
Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in cybersecurity or IAM-related projects.

Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC (role-based access control), and JML (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) processes.

Familiarity with access control models, standards (SAML, OAuth), and integrations with tools like ServiceNow.

Experience onboarding applications into IAM tools and designing IAM-related processes.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Agile environments and proficiency in MS Office, Tableau, and Power BI.

Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with IAM regulatory standards and frameworks.

Understanding of mainframe environments (RACF, LAM) and legacy system access models.

Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA) are a plus.

Experience with BPM tools such as Adonis or Visio.
