The project:
Our client in the Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage sector, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Identity & Access Management to strengthen their team.
Key responsibilities:
Requirements & Analysis
- Engage with stakeholders to capture and analyze IAM-related requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional deliverables, use cases, and process models.
- Ensure clarity of scope for IAM projects and provide structured documentation.
Business Process Modelling
- Map and analyze existing access management processes (user lifecycle, role assignment, approvals).
- Identify pain points and propose improvements in line with IAM governance.
- Contribute to the definition of target operating models for identity and access services.
Governance & Compliance
- Support the definition of roles, responsibilities, and governance frameworks (RACI, access recertification processes).
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with internal policies and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA).
- Participate in access reviews and contribute to audit documentation.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with IAM architects, engineers, and security officers to validate functional requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring IAM solutions are aligned with their needs.
- Ensure documentation and communication are clear, consistent, and understood across teams.
Is this you?
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to Identity & Access Management.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, and functional analysis.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts (roles, authorizations, segregation of duties, user lifecycle).
- Experience working in regulated environments (finance, logistics, or public sector) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-minded.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
