Context:
Card Payments Team within a Belgian bank. Modernization and enhancement of card products and services.
Work arrangements: Full-time, 2 to 3 days of remote per week
Key responsibilities:

Incident analysis and identification of areas for improvement

Assessment of change requests, business requirements, and acceptance criteria

Definition of scope, target target operating model, and business-to-IT interfaces

End-to-end implementation tracking up to User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required skills and experience:

Proven Business Analyst experience in a card/payments environment - Must have

Strong knowledge of the Belgian card payments market - Must have

Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Must have

French and/or Dutch - Nice to have

Experience as a Product Owner or within Agile frameworks - Nice to have

Exposure to Wero, digital wallets, and card system architecture - Nice to have
