Role Overview
Our banking client in Brussels is seeking a Freelance Business Data Analyst to support their Current Account team. The role focuses on creating dashboards, generating insights, and analyzing gaps in product usage to improve forecasting and prevent overshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Cognos.
- Utilize Adobe tools for reporting and analysis.
- Perform data analysis to identify gaps in product usage and provide actionable insights.
- Support forecasting improvements and help avoid overshooting targets.
- Conduct reporting, requirement analysis, and ensure proper follow-up and validation of deliverables.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst within banking or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Cognos and Adobe tools (experience required).
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear business insights.
- Experience in reporting, requirements gathering, and validation processes.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
Language Requirements
- Dutch or French (mandatory).

- On-site: 2 days per week
- Contract: Freelance, 9 months (extendable)
