For one of our clients in the insurance sector, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a team focused on the transformation of Front-Office solutions used by brokers and partners.
In this role, you will bridge business needs and IT solutions, helping to shape high-quality digital experiences within the non-life insurance domain.
Your responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Model business processes and create clear, structured documentation
- Collaborate closely with business representatives, UX teams, developers and offshore teams
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget and timeline
- Work within an Agile environment and participate in related ceremonies
Your profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst within the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of non-life insurance products and processes
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis and functional documentation
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
Nice to have
- Experience with broker portals or Front-Office applications
- Knowledge of underwriting and/or claims processes
- Experience with BPMN, UML and use case modelling
- Strong interest in user experience (UX) and customer journeys
