Change Manager / PMO
We are looking for a dynamic professional to act at the intersection of IT, business stakeholders, and governance, driving clarity, alignment, and impactful communication across the organization.
This role sits at the heart of IT, ensuring that initiatives, priorities, and performance are clearly understood, well-coordinated, and effectively communicated to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management & Alignment
- Act as a central point of coordination between IT teams and business stakeholders
- Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment on priorities and expectations
- Facilitate communication flows and ensure transparency on IT activities, performance, and initiatives
Communication & Engagement
- Translate complex IT topics into clear, structured, and audience-oriented communication
- Define and execute IT communication plans (content, channels, and target audiences)
- Create and maintain key communication materials (presentations, dashboards, reports, intranet content, templates, etc.)
- Support leadership in preparing high-impact presentations and strategic messaging
- Contribute to promoting IT internally (events, internal communication, employer branding initiatives)
Governance & Coordination
- Support governance practices by ensuring proper reporting, follow-up, and visibility on IT activities
- Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of key governance forums and committees
- Help structure ways of working, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and processes
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to tracking IT performance through relevant KPIs and reporting
- Support initiatives aimed at improving IT efficiency, perception, and service quality
- Identify gaps between perception and actual performance, and drive actions to close them
Your Profile
- Experience in IT governance, PMO, change management, or a similar transversal role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
