Our client's Sourcing & Procurement entity is undergoing a major transformation with the rollout of a new central solution for procurement, supplier management, and associated processes. This project aims to streamline workflows, strengthen compliance, and enhance user experience, while ensuring a smooth transition for both business and technical teams. In this context, the change manager will play a critical operational role, combining business expertise, change management, and technical support.
The main responsibilities of the change manager will include:
1. Process Understanding & Technical Involvement
Participate in testing :
Validate alignment with business requirements.
Log and track incidents (bugs, inconsistencies) via ticketing tools.
Monitor resolutions before deployment
2. Tool Deployment & Implementation
Support technical deployment:
Ensure migration proceeds without disrupting critical operations.
Validate configurations (workflows, access rights, etc.).
Prepare the production environment:
Ensure historical data is accurately migrated.
Test key scenarios (e.g., contract creation, payment approvals).
3. Change Management & User Adoption
As part of a dedicated team, the Change Manager will be responsible for:
Developing & Executing the Change Plan
Training:
Design and deliver tailored sessions (live session) for different user profiles in French, Dutch and in English (advanced users, occasional users, external suppliers).
Documentation:
Create user guides, FAQs, video tutorials, and reference materials.
Skills needed
Knowledge of ticketing tools
Knowledge of procurement tools
knowledge of Microsoft sharepoint, onenote and office suite
Experience in sourcing and procurement processes
Experience in change management
Ability to give training
